Delete your account

From the app or website

Log in, open the Account tab, then Delete my account, and confirm. It's immediate: your session closes and you're back at the home screen.

If you can't access your account

If you can't log in anymore (a lost phone number, for example), email contact@runayo.com and include the mobile number linked to your account. We'll delete it within one month at the latest and let you know once it's done.

What gets deleted, what stays

You can delete your account at any time, from the Account tab. Everything that identifies you is erased right away: your phone number, your email, your name, your body data, your activities, your profile, your goals, your plans, your code log; your watches and services are unlinked. All that remains is one anonymous row — your sign-up, last login and deletion dates, your language, the page and campaign you came from — and the model call log, with no content, for our statistics.
