Your goal

Pick your target time.

For each time: the pace, splits, starting level, your paces and three workouts.

Getting started

Three steps, and your plan is ready.

  1. Enter your race and date

The half you're targeting, your date, a time goal or just finishing, and how many times a week you can run.

  2. Tell your coach where you're at

Your PRs, your recent volume, your max HR: by hand or from your watch. Your coach suggests a realistic time, and tells you why.

  3. Run, your coach ticks it off

Every run lines up with its planned workout. The analysis tells you what's working and what still needs work.

Questions

What runners ask us.

I've never run more than 10 km — is a half possible?
Yes. The plan starts from your current volume and builds the long run up bit by bit. With ten to twelve weeks ahead of you, a first half marathon is a reasonable goal.
How many runs per week?
You decide, usually two to six. The coach builds your plan around that number, and tells you if a target time looks too ambitious for it.
Do I need a watch?
No. You enter your key numbers by hand in two minutes, and you can log a completed workout in a few seconds. If you have a watch, your runs come in automatically.

Your half has a date. Your plan does too.

Watch or no watch, a mobile number is enough.
