Ultra-trail plan

Your ultra, without burning out before the start.

Months of volume, weekends of long runs, and a life alongside it all. Runayo builds your plan around your race and what you can actually sustain, then adjusts it when fatigue or your schedule get in the way.

With or without a watch. All you need is a mobile number, no password.

Getting started

Three steps, and your plan is ready.

  1. Enter your race

Its date, distance, elevation gain, how technical it is, and where you train. Your coach builds the phases all the way to the start line.

  2. Tell your coach where you're at

Your weekly mileage, your longest runs, your recent races: enter them by hand or sync your watch. And whatever else it should know, in your own words.

  3. Run, and tell it everything

Tired, a niggle, a busy week: just log it and the rest of the plan adapts. Nothing changes without you.

Questions

What runners ask us.

Can the plan handle really long distances?
Yes: time on feet, long runs, active hiking, lighter weeks, taper. You can also tell your coach what matters to you (a recent race, an injury, your experience).
I just finished a big trail race. Do I start from scratch?
Tell your coach in your goal: they'll take it into account and can start with a recovery phase.
Do I need a watch?
No. You enter your numbers by hand in two minutes, and you can add a completed workout in a few seconds. If you have a watch, your runs come in on their own.

The start line is earned months in advance.

Watch or no watch, a mobile number is enough.
