Knee and thigh · Learning · in seconds held
Why it helps your running

- You'll need
- a wall
How to do it
- Back against the wall, slide down until your thighs are parallel to the ground, knees above your ankles.
- Whole back and head against the wall, hands on your thighs or by your sides.
- Breathe calmly and hold for the time asked.
Common mistakes
- Hands pushing on your thighs.
- Hips creeping up until your thighs are no longer parallel to the ground.
